These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of habbo.center (the "Site") and the Habbo Discord bot (the "Bot"). By accessing the Site or adding/using the Bot, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

The Site and Bot help users look up public Habbo user information and facilitate reporting of in-game disconnections. Some features may involve ephemeral prompts in Discord (e.g., witness and reason collection) and optional submission of a disconnection report to a configured external API.

• Do not use the Site or Bot to harass, spam, or violate the rights of others.
• Do not attempt to bypass rate limits or abuse third-party APIs.
• Only submit information you have permission to share; avoid sharing sensitive personal data.

3. Your Responsibility

You are responsible for your actions and any content you submit via the Bot. You must comply with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines and any applicable laws.

4. Third-Party Services

The Site and Bot may interact with third-party services (e.g., Habbo APIs, an optional custom API endpoint). We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content or policies.

5. Availability and Changes

Features may change, be suspended, or discontinued at any time without notice. We may update these Terms from time to time; your continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

6. Disclaimer

The Site and Bot are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant accuracy, reliability, or availability of any information or features.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, resulting from your use of the Site or Bot.
